We accept dental insurance and we are very happy to be the preferred network provider formanymajorinsurance companies,such asWDS, Premera, Metlife, Aetna, Ameritas, Guardian, United Concordia, Cigna and DSHS. We will also be happy to file insurance claims for all other dental insurance companies to make your dental appointment easy. We willmake sure that youunderstand your benefits fully, so that you may concentrate on your child’s oral health care.

Your child’s treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

Please ask a member of our friendly, knowledgeable staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving treatments.

We will make every effort to assist you receive full insurance benefits, however, you are personally responsible for your account and the entire balance. We can not guarantee what your insurance company will or will not pay with each claim. We also can not be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance.
