It is our continuous commitment to provide your child with the highest quality of care. We take pride in educating our patients and parents about maintaining proper oral hygiene that will promote a healthy, confident smile to last a life time.

We want YOU to concentrate on your child’s oral health, not about insurance claims. We pledge to make your child’s dental appointment as easy and as pleasant as possible, and this is the reason that we accept dental insurance. However, you MUST inform our office if there are any changes to your insurance coverage, or any other pertinent information, BEFORE your dental appointment. This is to make sure that we may verify your coverage before your visit and make sure that your child is still being covered at our office.

We are very happy to be the preferred network provider for many major insurance companies, such as WDS, Premera, Metlife, Aetna, Ameritas, Guardian, United Concordia, Cigna and DSHS . We will also be happy to file insurance claims for all other dental insurance companies to make your dental appointment easy. We will make sure that you understand your benefits fully, so that you may concentrate on your child’s oral health care. Please also know that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We file dental claims as courtesy to our patients.

We welcome questions about insurance, cost, proposed treatment options, or anything that comes to your mind regarding your child’s oral health care. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for your account and balance. We have many families come to us because of our compassion for children and high quality of services. Dr. Chen and his staff firmly believe in doing things right the first time, rather than doing it over.
